Bill Bowler MA in English (Cambridge University), RSA Diploma TEFLA, has worked as a trainer and author with Oxford University Press for over three decades. He was born and grew up in London, England, but lives now in Alicante, Spain. He is one of the co-authors of Extensive Reading (Into the Classroom series) amongst other titles published by OUP. His ELT course materials (like Headway Pronunciation) have received English Speaking Union ‘Duke of Edinburgh’ Awards and his graded reader adaptations like The Little Match Girl have been finalists or have won Language Learner Literature Awards. A former CELTA trainer, he has delivered face-to-face training to teachers in fifty-nine countries to date – and he is passionately interested in differentiated learning.
