Merve has always been into technology, and even more so, into problem-solving. She also has been an avid English language lover since her childhood years. Her 3.5 years as a Digital Services Specialist at OUP Türkiye have allowed her to fulfil her enthusiasm about these areas. Later on, she took up the role of Customer Success Consultant with regional responsibilities, and for the last 2 years, she has been working with product teams to ensure that the customers have the best user experience with OUP’s digital product portfolio. She feels lucky to be a part of English education across Türkiye, Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia, and is very excited to be witnessing the big digital shift in ELT as part of the biggest University Press in the world.
