A graduate of the University of Birmingham (England), Oliver has taught a wide variety of students including kindergarten, primary, secondary and adults. In his more than 20 years of experience in the publishing industry and 25 years living and working in Asia, Oliver has created and delivered Professional Development workshops and seminars at national teaching conferences and organizations across the region including in Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, South Korea, Japan, Indonesia, and China. He has a keen interest in the use of fun, effective and collaborative activities and educational technology in and outside of the EFL classroom, with a particular focus on low (or no) cost apps and collaborative online spaces.
