Before joining OxfordAQA, he was the Head of English at a large secondary school in Oxford, UK, where he was also a member of the school's SLT. He has worked in education for 16 years, with roles that have covered teaching, leadership, mentoring, assessment and resource production, giving him a broad knowledge of the challenges educators face. He is dedicated to supporting teachers across the world.
