He contributed to the development of AQA’s successful GCSE Geography specification. Currently, he works as a trainer, presenter, examiner, and advisor. He holds a PhD focused on developing geographical fieldwork skills.

Tania Grigg is a retired geography educator with over 32 years of teaching experience in UK schools, including leadership as Head of Sixth Form. She has examined for AQA for 27 years, holding senior roles such as Lead Examiner and Lead Assessment Writer for A-level, as well as Assistant Lead Examiner and contributor to paper production for GCSE and International GCSE specifications.
