This presentation will showcase ways that teachers can generate speaking opportunities in their lessons. The presenter will outline the key components of speaking fluency and demonstrate techniques and activities to practice them in communicative contexts in the classroom. Ideas will range from controlled drills to more open production, with a focus on making the most of the materials in the Student Book and supporting speaking with other skills.
